Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of these terms

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) are a legal agreement between you and Muze Office [[ENTITY TYPE — e.g., LLC]], based in Las Vegas, Nevada [[UPDATE STATE]] (“Muze Office,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). By downloading, installing, or using the Grown iOS application (the “App”), you agree to these Terms and to our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the App.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to use Grown. By using the App, you represent that you are 18 or older and that you have the legal capacity to enter into these Terms.

3. Your account

You are responsible for keeping your account credentials confidential and for all activity that occurs under your account. Notify us immediately at zacyoung@muzeoffice.com if you suspect unauthorized use. You can delete your account at any time from inside the App under Settings → Delete Account.

4. Subscriptions & billing

Grown offers auto-renewing subscriptions processed through the Apple App Store. Subscription pricing, term, and renewal details are disclosed on the in-app paywall before purchase and are summarized here:

4.1 Free trial

We may offer a 7-day free trial to new subscribers. The free trial is available only to users who have not previously subscribed. If you do not cancel at least 24 hours before the end of the trial, your subscription will automatically convert to a paid subscription and your Apple ID will be charged. Any unused portion of a free trial is forfeited when you purchase a subscription.

4.2 Auto-renewal

Subscriptions automatically renew at the end of each billing period (monthly or yearly) at the then-current price unless you cancel at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. The subscription fee is charged to your Apple ID account on confirmation of purchase and upon each renewal.

4.3 Managing & canceling

You can view, manage, or cancel your subscription at any time in iOS Settings → Apple ID → Subscriptions, or via the App Store. Canceling stops future renewals; you will continue to have access through the end of the current paid period.

4.4 Refunds

Apple is the merchant of record for all in-app purchases, and refunds are handled by Apple pursuant to Apple’s policies (Report a Problem). Except where required by law, Muze Office does not issue refunds directly.

Medical disclaimer

Grown is a tracking and educational tool. Information about peptides, supplements, dosages, administration routes, and interactions is compiled from public sources and is provided for informational purposes only. It is not medical advice, and Grown is not a medical device. Always consult a licensed physician or qualified healthcare professional before starting, stopping, or changing any supplement, peptide, diet, or exercise regimen. Muze Office is not responsible for any adverse outcomes arising from decisions you make based on information in the App.

You are solely responsible for the legality of any substance you track in the App in your jurisdiction, for sourcing, and for safe administration. Nothing in the App constitutes a prescription, diagnosis, or treatment recommendation.

Nutrition estimates (including AI food-photo macros and TDEE calculations) are approximations and may be inaccurate. Do not rely on them for medical nutrition therapy.

You retain ownership of the content you create in the App (meal logs, photos, peptide logs, bloodwork entries, notes, etc.). You grant Muze Office a limited, non-exclusive license to store, process, and display that content solely to operate and improve the App for you. We do not use your content to train third-party AI models. You are responsible for the accuracy and legality of content you upload.

8. Intellectual property

The App, its design, logos, and underlying software are owned by Muze Office and our licensors and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. These Terms grant you a limited, personal, non-transferable, revocable license to use the App for its intended purpose. No other rights are granted.

9. Third-party services

The App relies on third-party services, including Apple (App Store, Sign in with Apple, HealthKit, StoreKit), Supabase, OpenAI, FatSecret Platform API, and OpenFoodFacts. Your use of those services is subject to their respective terms. We are not responsible for the content, availability, or practices of third-party services, but we choose subprocessors that align with our privacy and security commitments described in our Privacy Policy.

10. Termination

You may stop using the App at any time and delete your account from inside the App. We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these Terms, pose a security or legal risk, or if we are required to do so by law. On termination, your license to use the App ends immediately; sections that by their nature should survive (intellectual property, disclaimers, limitation of liability, indemnification, governing law) will survive.

11. Disclaimer of warranties

THE APP IS PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE,” WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, NON-INFRINGEMENT, AND ANY WARRANTIES ARISING FROM COURSE OF DEALING OR USAGE OF TRADE. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE APP WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR FREE OF HARMFUL COMPONENTS, OR THAT NUTRITION OR HEALTH ESTIMATES WILL BE ACCURATE.

12. Limitation of liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, IN NO EVENT WILL MUZE OFFICE, ITS AFFILIATES, OR ITS LICENSORS BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS, REVENUE, DATA, OR GOODWILL, ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO YOUR USE OF THE APP, EVEN IF ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES. OUR TOTAL CUMULATIVE LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM ARISING OUT OF OR RELATING TO THE APP OR THESE TERMS IS LIMITED TO THE GREATER OF (A) THE AMOUNTS YOU PAID US IN THE TWELVE (12) MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM OR (B) US $100.

Some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion of implied warranties or limitation of liability for incidental or consequential damages; in those jurisdictions, our liability is limited to the greatest extent permitted by law.

13. Indemnification

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Muze Office and its officers, employees, and agents from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys’ fees) arising out of or related to your use of the App, your content, or your breach of these Terms.

14. Governing law & disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Nevada [[UPDATE STATE]], United States, without regard to its conflict of laws principles. You and Muze Office agree that any dispute arising out of or relating to the App or these Terms will be resolved exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Clark County, Nevada [[UPDATE STATE / VENUE]], and you consent to the personal jurisdiction of those courts. Nothing in this section prevents either party from seeking injunctive relief in any court of competent jurisdiction.

15. Apple-specific terms

You acknowledge that these Terms are between you and Muze Office, not with Apple Inc. (“Apple”), and that Apple is not responsible for the App or its content. Your use of the App must comply with the Apple Media Services Terms and Conditions (including the Usage Rules in the Apple App Store Terms). Apple has no obligation to provide maintenance or support for the App. In the event of any failure of the App to conform to any applicable warranty, you may notify Apple, and Apple will refund the purchase price for the App (if any) to you; to the maximum extent permitted by law, Apple has no other warranty obligation with respect to the App. Apple and Apple’s subsidiaries are third-party beneficiaries of these Terms and, upon your acceptance, will have the right (and will be deemed to have accepted the right) to enforce these Terms against you as a third-party beneficiary.

16. Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. If we make material changes, we will update the “Effective date” above and notify you in the App or by email. Continued use of the App after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
